Where are Dolbeau's products manufactured?
Locally, here in Montreal, Canada.
How does this shop work?
Dolbeau works like any other shop, except that all of our products are handmade to order in weekly batches. Because of this, turnaround is not instant. If you have a special request, just email or call us and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
When will I receive my items?
Orders are put into production once the weekly batch period ends (every Monday morning at 6am EST). Production takes 1-2 weeks. Shipping can take 1 to 10 business days, depending on your location and shipping method.
What payment methods do you accept?
We directly accept Visa and Mastercard. We also accept payment through PayPal which accepts most other credit cards.
Are taxes included?
Taxes are only applied on orders shipped within Canada. The tax rate depends on the shipping address.
Will I be charged duties?
If you are outside of Canada your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties for the country to which you have had your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility.
